Bryn is a Perth-based corporate partner who advises ASX-listed and international resources companies — together with boards, issuers, lead managers, underwriters and strategic investors — on equity capital markets, public M&A and strategic corporate transactions, with a particular focus on the critical minerals and mining sectors.
His transactional experience spans takeovers and schemes, mergers, strategic investments and sell-downs, ASX listings (including dual listings and re-compliance listings), IPOs and secondary raisings. Bryn also advises listed companies on corporate advisory matters, with a focus on ASX market disclosure and governance.
A former Non-Executive Director and Chairman of ASX-listed companies, Bryn is known for his commercial, practical approach and his ability to coordinate complex, cross-border transactions where corporate, ECM, M&A and regulatory issues intersect.
